CAM ALLAIN
CARVER
The junior was third at the New Balance Nationals before soaring to a personal best of 6-8 for the win at the Adidas Nationals. The South Shore League champion and MVP was second at All-States and third at New Englands. The honor roll student is also a member of the football team.

SAM BURGESS
FRAMINGHAM
The three-time All-American was once again unmatched in the 2-mile, breaking 9-minutes for the third time along with wins at the Div. 1 championships and All-States. An All-American in cross country and two-time Div. 1 state champion, Burgess is a member of the National Honor Society with a 4.3 GPA and will attend Harvard University.

NATANAEL VIGO CATALA
HAVERHILL
The junior’s electrifying season on the track culminated with a second-place finish at the Adidas Nationals 400 in 47.67. Vigo Catala captured the All-State title in 34.34. The Merrimack Valley Conference champion was Haverhill’s Most Outstanding Performer. An honor roll student and National Honor Society nominee, Vigo Catala enjoys listening to music and working out.

NEIL CHOWDHURY
ANDOVER
Chowdhury captured the All-State title in 1:23.03 and his 1:22.74 at the Merrimack Valley Conference Championships was the fastest time in the state this winter. He placed sixth at New Englands and raced to a school record of 50.23 in the 400. A two-time team captain, Chowdhury is a member of the National Honor Society and earned the St. Michael’s Book Award.

JACOB COOKINHAM
BISHOP STANG
The Bishop Stang senior capped a sensational season with a third-place finish at the New Balance Nationals. Cookinham had the No. 1 throw in the country and captured the Div. 4 title before taking the All-State and New England Championships. The Catholic Central League champion is a member of the National Honor Society and will attend the University of Kansas.

ANDREW GLEASON
PEMBROKE
The Patriot League champion broke the school record and was victorious at both the Div. 4 and All-State Championships. A three-year Patriot League All-Star, Gleason was a four-year varsity soccer captain. The senior captain and EMass All-Star is an honor roll student interested in art and will attend Bryant University.

SEAN GOLEMBIEWSKI
HOPKINTON
Golembiewski bested a deep field to capture the state title in the pentathlon with 3404 points. The senior dominated the 55 hurdles with the Div. 2 and All-State titles. The Tri-Valley League MVP had personal bests of 7.52 in the 55 hurdles and 6-5 in the high jump. A three-time TVL MVP and five-time All-Star, Golembiewski will attend the University of Pennsylvania.

COLIN KIRN
ANDOVER
The senior re-wrote Andover’s record books this winter with new marks in the 1000 (2:29.99) and 800 (1:55.44). A two-time Merrimack Valley Conference champion, Kirn was victorious at both the Div. 1 and All-State Championships.

ROWAN MCCONKEY
ARLINGTON
The senior tied Arlington’s school record with a leap of 6-5 and captured the All-State title in his specialty. McConkey finished a strong 11th at the New Balance Nationals and was the team MVP. An honor roll student across the board, he enjoys filming and editing video footage. McConkey will attend the University of Rhode Island.

NATHAN SHULTZ
NORTH ATTLEBORO
Shultz had an impressive indoor campaign with an All-State win in the long jump. He was the Div. 3 champion in the 55, long jump and high jump. The senior is a member of the both the football and lacrosse teams. Shultz will attend the University of Rhode Island.

TYLER TUBMAN
NEWTON NORTH
The senior dominated the mile this winter, which included a Div. 1 championship and All-State win in 4:17.08 after a strong second-place finish as a junior. Tubman was undefeated in dual meet competition and captured the Bay State Conference title in 4:16.61 and the 1000 with a 2:33.29. He will attend Columbia University.

LEXINGTON
4×200
The lineup of Jayden Bai, Jake Wheaton, Brandon Uda-Thach and Alexios Kontothanassis captured the Div. 1 title and the All-State gold medal with the No. 2 all-time mark in the state. Kontothanassis has Lexington’s indoor triple jump record at 42-11-3/4 and is an AP Scholar. Uda-Thach was the Bay State Conference champion in the 300 and is a U.S. Army enlistee. Bai was the Div. 1 55 hurdle champion and runner-up at All-States. A member of the National Honor Society, he will attend Emory University. Wheaton has clocked 6.77 in the 55 and 35.71 in the 300 and was a Middlesex League All-Star. He will attend Syracuse University.

NEWTON NORTH
4×400
The talented foursome of Matthew Paquette, Jack Tsai, Myles Scott and Quincy Scott captured the Div. 1 and All-State titles in dominant fashion. They went on to take 10th at the New Balance Nationals in 3:21.01. Myles clocked 34.5 in the 300 and was the Tigers’ team captain. Paquette was second in the 600 at All-States and has plans to play lacrosse at Hartwick College. Tsai has personal bests of 51.07 in the 400 and 1:25.90 in the 600. Quincy ran a 1:23.3 personal best this winter and has a 400 personal best of 49.19. He will attend Northeastern.

NEWTON NORTH
4×800
The team of Alex Hrycyszyn, Reeve Derby, Gabe Grove and Tyler Tubman place 17th at the New Balance Nationals in 7:58.8 after taking the All-State title. Tubman was the Div. 1 and All-State champion in the mile and has a personal best of 1:54 in the 800. He will attend Columbia University. Derby broke 2-minutes in the 800 and clocked 2:35 in the 1000. He also is a consistent A student. Hrycyszyn has a quick 4:25 mile to his credit along with a split of 1:56 in the 4×800. He will attend New York University and major in math. Grove has personal bests of 9:39.73 in the 2-mile,4:38.78 in the mile and 2:00.80 over 800 meters.

BROOKLINE

4×800
The Warrior squad of Altamo Aschkenesay, Declan Mulligan, Hunter Bailey and Kailas Ciatto surged to a stellar second place at the New Balance Nationals in 7:54.36, the fastest time in Massachusetts this winter. The team was victorious at the Northeast Challenge and second at both Div. 1 and All-States. Ciatto was third in the Div. 1 mile while Mulligan nailed down seventh in the 1000. Mulligan will attend the University of Lowell. Bailey clocked 4:49.98 in the mile and 1:26.32 in the 600. Aschkenesay ran personal bests of 52.9 in the 400 and 1:27.98 in the 600 this winter.
