Sports personality and ‘Undisputed’ co-host Skip Bayless has come under fire for a tweet about Damar Hamlin and MNF that many have deemed insensitive.

The tweet reads: “No doubt the NFL is considering postponing the rest of this game – but how? This late in the season, a game of this magnitude is crucial to the regular-season outcome … which suddenly seems so irrelevant.”

Bayless then tweeted an apology after millions of negative comments/backlash broke out.

“Nothing is more important than that young man’s health. That was the point of my last tweet. I’m sorry if that was misunderstood but his health is all that matters. Again, everything else is irrelevant. I prayed for him & will continue to,” Bayless wrote.

Bayless also spoke out on ‘Undisputed’ early this morning — issuing further apologies for any misunderstanding his tweets may have caused.

What do you think about these tweets and the consequences, if any, Bayless should face in their wake moving forward? Take our poll to weigh in.
